An emergency encryption transmission scheme for smart medical data
In response to the special situation in real medical scenarios where standard access control procedures cannot obtain patients' medical data, which may delay patient treatment, this article improves the smart medical data transmission scheme by adding a window breaking mechanism and proposing an emergency access control scheme. In emergency situations, a pre-set emergency key is used to obtain the special key, thereby obtaining patients' medical data and saving their lives. This solution has good anti attack performance and can urgently obtain relevant medical data when patients are unable to provide their own permissions. Finally, simulation experiments were conducted to verify the feasibility of the proposed scheme, which has excellent performance such as data confidentiality, resistance to enumeration attacks, and differential attacks, and can obtain patient information in emergency situations.
