Monte Carlo simulates the cultural heritage of the dragon dance

In order to inherit and develop the traditional folk art bench dragon in southern China, this paper focuses on the simulation research of bench dragon. The principle of movement of the bench dragon is that the dragon's head pulls the dragon's body and tail along the Archimedes spiral to carry out inward and outward curvilinear movements. Through dynamic modeling and simulation analysis, the path state of the bench dragon in the motion of different pitch equidistant spirals is discussed, the velocity differential equation and position equation satisfying the Archimedes spiral equation are established, and the velocity and position models of each bench are derived. Using MATLAB software, the fourth-order Runge-Kutta methods was used to solve the system dynamics model, and the dynamic response of the bench dragon in the three stages of disc entry, collision and disc exit was analyzed. It is found that the performance effect and dynamic behavior of the bench dragon are significantly affected by the parameters of bench length, pitch, faucet movement speed, U-turn space and bench rigidity. Through the simulated annealing algorithm and Monte Carlo simulation, the minimum U-turn space radius and pitch were found, which provided a theoretical and practical reference for the inheritance and development of Bench Dragon.
