TRENDS AND FACTORS OF SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The purpose of this research is to examine the characteristics and dynamics of scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation during the period of sanctions. The study was conducted based on data from the Federal State Statistics Service, including the collection “Investments in Russia”, the portal “Scientific and Technological Development of the Russian Federation”, as well as current scientific publications. As a result of the study, the authors identified key factors country’s innovative development: human resources, financial and investment support. In accordance with the results obtained, directions for systemic transformations of the process of scientific and technological development are proposed.
