Research on the Synergistic Regulation of Electrical and Thermal Conductivity of LDPE-Based Nonlinear Dielectrics by Asissted Electric Field Induction and Nanoparticles-Doping
SiC/BN/LDPE composites were prepared using assisted DC electric field regulation technology, and the influence of the assisted electric field amplitude on the dielectric properties, nonlinear conductivity, surface potential, and thermal conductivity of the composites were investigated. The results show that an increase in the assisted electric field amplitude causes an increase in the relative permittivity, an improvement in the nonlinear coefficient, a rise in the surface potential decay rate, and an enhancement in the thermal conductivity of the composite material.
