AI Enabled Smart Glass for Visually Impaired Individuals to Detect Surrounding Objects and Track Geographical Location

The AI enabled Smart Glass is a voice assisting controlled wearable device designed to effectively express the objects or the surrounding situation along with the geographical location details to a visually impaired individual. The wearable glass consists of high resolution camera, GPS tracker and a voice imparting headphone. The device can detect different types of object and analyze the scenario or the surrounding situation. Detection of scenario or situation is based on the real time screening of objects or ongoing incidence using a wearable glass, which is used as a visual assistance by a visually impaired individual. The camera helps to capture the views and with the assistance of deep learning and AI model it analyses the objects into the scenarios and situations. A GPS enabled chip helps to race the current location. The description about the objects, scenario and location is conveyed as voice notification through the head phone. The proposed idea helps a visually impaired individual to gather the information about the surrounding objects, type of situation that is happening in the surrounding and helps to understand things and geographical location in a better way through the source of audio assistance.
