Emotion estimation using emotion maps by generative AI

Using the facial expression parameters of the generative AI, it is possible to transfer facial expressions onto another person. Furthermore, by generating a two-dimensional map of emotions and using it for emotion estimation, it is possible to achieve a white-box type of emotion estimation that can be confirmed by humans.

Abstract

Using the facial expression parameters of the generative AI, it is possible to transfer facial expressions onto another person. Furthermore, by generating a two-dimensional map of emotions and using it for emotion estimation, it is possible to achieve a white-box type of emotion estimation that can be confirmed by humans.
