Tailoring the Luminesce Properties of Strong Excitonic Emitters with Dielectric Metasurfaces
Bound-state-in-the-continuum metasurfaces have proven to be a versatile platform to engineer high-quality dielectric resonances for applications in optics, sensing, and quantum technologies [1]. Given the strong field enhancement and delocalized nature of BIC modes, there is growing interest in exploiting dielectric BIC metasurfaces coupled to excitonic systems to enhance exotic radiative phenomena such as superradiance [2] and polaritonic lasing [3].
