The research aims to study the behavior of batteries during charging and discharging at atmospheric temperature and to study the behavior of batteries with different internal resistances at different positions in the pack at atmospheric temperature. The results show that future battery improvements will improve the efficiency of batteries in electric vehicles and help expand the use of electric vehicles. In terms of battery development, improving the internal resistance of batteries can improve the efficiency of batteries in electric vehicles by extending their service life, reducing energy loss, and increasing driving distance. Heat control and battery cooling system design are important in developing the efficiency of batteries in electric vehicles. Proper temperature control can reduce energy loss, increase efficiency of use, and energy management. The study of temperature and battery position in the pack can be used to design a more efficient energy management system for batteries in electric vehicles, including charge storage, energy storage, and heat reduction. This will help the battery perform well in all operating conditions and provide information for future maintenance of electric vehicle batteries. In conclusion the results of this study showed that battery pack 1 type 1 obtained the highest charge storage value, stored energy value in all experiments and obtained moderate heat energy value in the experiments. Therefore this research emphasizes the importance of designing battery packs to distribute resistance and arrange cells in a balanced manner to achieve both energy delivery efficiency and heat distribution that are suitable for use. This information can be used as an important reference for research and development of battery heat management systems. It can also be used as a guideline for developing battery pack designs in terms of safety and efficiency of electric vehicle usage in hot weather conditions in Thailand.
