Femtosecond Laser Fabricated Integrated Light Pattern Generator
Generating structured illumination patterns is crucial for various applications as profilometry [1] or advanced optical microscopy techniques, as for example Structured Illumination Microscopy (SIM) [2], [3]. However, current methods for producing patterns, as the ones exploiting diffraction gratings or spatial light modulators, are often slow, bulky, or highly sensitive to the alignment, which hinders their widespread adoption.
