Clinical Use Cases for Fourier Ptychography Microscopy
Fourier Ptychography Microscopy (FPM) is a computational high-resolution digital microscopy technique with a wide field of view. FPM images are obtained from multiple low-resolution images acquired at varying angles of illumination [1], [2]. Besides high-resolution intensity images, phase contrast images are also obtained computationally without the need for any extra hardware, owing to the iterative image reconstruction process.
