Generation of 1300-nm Femtosecond Laser Based on the Optical Parametric Amplification with Dual 1560-nm CPA Laser System
The 1300-nm femtosecond lasers are widely applied in multiphoton microscopy (MPM), particularly in three-photon calcium imaging [1], [2]. The commercialized 1300-nm MPM laser sources have been generated through the optical parametric amplifier (OPA) with the pump of 1-μm Yb-fiber femtosecond lasers [2], [3]. In this work, we demonstrated a 1.946-MHz, 186-mW, 114-fs laser operating at 1300 nm, which generated via OPA using a home-built 1560-nm chirped pulse amplifier (CPA) laser.
