Activity principles of the expansion of archetypics in the system of categories for managing civilisational movement towards the metamodern state

The article examines the features of Ukraine’s civilisational choice and clarifies the urgency of adapting the initially adopted civilisational model to changes caused by the complexity of the challenges of the time at the stage of implementing the coordinate system of the information society, sustainable development, and digitalisation of all spheres of life. In Ukraine’s civilisational movement, the determining role of the harmony of specialisation and universalisation of professions and qualifications has also become apparent; without it production and management systems turn into complex labyrinths. It has been established by the author that the digitalisation process can have ambivalent effect – as a factor that can potentially both complicate (negative effect) and simplify (positive effect) the management of the social system. An essential prerequisite for obtaining a positive effect from digitalisation is its ability to timely identify the ‘common denominators’ of different disciplines at the level of fundamental archetypes, followed by their methodological support through management architecture to a state of multidisciplinarity. This will also contribute to achieving the milestone goals of metamodern based on taking into account the natural temporality of changes in the system under study with its specific waves and oscillations, without which any system becomes an eternal hostage to the cycles of ‘hibernation – leap – hibernation’.
