การศกษาผลกระทบทางคณสมบตและความรอนของแบตเตอรลเธยมไอออนภายหลงกระบวนการประกอบโดยวธการเชอมจด

The objective of this research is to study the assembly of lithium-ion batteries using spot welding and its effects on the quality properties of the batteries, as well as to investigate the temperature generated during the spot welding process and how it impacts battery performance.the results show that the capacity of the lithium-ion INR18650-320 battery decreases after testing compared to the standard battery capacity. However, when comparing the capacity of spot-welded batteries with those that were not welded, the values are relatively similar. This indicates that the reduction in battery capacity is due to the performance quality of the selected battery cells rather than the heat generated during the spot welding process.the energy value of the INR18650-320 lithium-ion battery also decreases from the experimental results compared to the standard. Moreover, when comparing the energy values between spot-welded and non-welded batteries, the energy of the spot-welded batteries is lower. This reduction indicates that the heat generated from spot welding at 2, 4, and 6 points affects the charge and discharge efficiency of the batteries.during charge and discharge at 1C and 1.5C rates, the battery temperature rises above ambient temperature. There is a trend showing that battery temperature increases with the number of welding spots-2, 4, and 6 points respectively. The highest temperature is observed in the battery welded at 6 points during the 1.5C charge and discharge process. The internal heat generated is greater at 1.5C than at 1C, which can affect the long-term lifespan of the battery.excessive heat caused by spot welding is a critical factor that impacts the energy storage capability of the INR18650-320 lithium-ion battery. When the temperature exceeds 60°C, it significantly affects the battery's charge and discharge performance, leading to an overall increase in battery temperature.

The highest temperature is observed in the battery welded at 6 points during the 1.5C charge and discharge process.
