Experience of practice-oriented training of personnel

The article presents the experience of implementing the author’s educational project "Academy of Practice". The project was implemented by the Russian University of Sports GCOLIFK together with its partner OOO "Fitz". The educational project of practice-oriented training of personnel for the restaurant business was created for students of specialized universities and colleges in order to obtain additional practical training, and for the company OOO "Fitz" — the opportunity to attract motivated young people to work.
