Educar con Miedo: El Impacto Del Marco Legal en la Autoridad Docente y la Convivencia Escolar
In the current educational context, legal frameworks designed to protect students’ rights have generated a growing sense of vulnerability among teachers. This article examines the effects of these regulations on teaching practice, pedagogical authority, relationships with families, and the school climate. Based on a documentary and critical analysis, manifestations of fear, self-protection strategies, and emotional consequences that affect the quality of the educational process are identified. Additionally, the proposals of the teaching profession are systematized to restore a normative balance that ensures safe and respectful learning environments for all educational stakeholders. The study concludes that legislative review and comprehensive teacher training are key to achieving fair, inclusive, and effective education.
