農民組織教育訓練品質對滿意度與忠誠度關聯性之研究－以臺灣援助布吉納法索農業外交政策為例

<p>本研究係作者參與國際合作發展基金會（國合會），援助非洲糧食增產的實務經驗，基於臺灣長期支持非洲農業技術援助的背景之下，探究臺灣援助布吉納法索農業外交政策之成效，瞭解臺灣農民組織對布吉納法索農民的教育訓練品質是否使當地農民對臺灣農民組織教育訓練滿意度與忠誠度顯著提升。透過問卷調查布吉納法索三大農業墾區的農民，驗證臺灣農民組織對布吉納法索農民訓練服務品質、訓練成效評估及訓練技術轉移對滿意度與忠誠度之影響。結果指出，滿意度在教育訓練品質與忠誠度之間具有顯著中介效果，且訓練服務品質影響力最大。未來建議臺灣對布吉納法索農民應加強技術轉移的應用性與課程設計，進一步提升布吉納法索受訓農民的滿意度與忠誠度。</p><p>This study is based on the author’s practical experience with Taiwan’s International Cooperation and Development Fund (Taiwan ICDF) in supporting food production in Africa. It examines the impact of Taiwan’s agricultural diplomacy in Burkina Faso, particularly focusing on whether the education and training provided by Taiwan’s farmer organizations significantly increase local farmers’ satisfaction and loyalty towards these initiatives. A survey was conducted among farmers in three major agricultural zones in Burkina Faso to assess how the service quality, training effectiveness evaluation, and technology transfer by Taiwan’s farmer organizations influence satisfaction and loyalty. Results indicate that satisfaction has a significant mediating effect between training quality and loyalty, with training service quality having the strongest impact. The study recommends that Taiwan enhance the applicability of technology transfer and improve course design to further increase satisfaction and loyalty among trained farmers in Burkina Faso.</p>
