AN INTERCONTINENTAL ANALYSIS OF WORKFORCE DYNAMICS IN THE AVIATION A HUMAN FACTORS APPROACH

Human factors (HF) have emerged as a critical consideration in the safety, efficiency, and operational performance of the aerospace and aviation industry. While technological advancements have significantly improved aircraft systems, human limitations continue to be a dominant cause of accidents and inefficiencies. This research presents an intercontinental study examining the human factor issues encountered by both employees and employers in aviation and aerospace sectors.Through a combination of historical analysis, literature review, and a primary survey involving over 50 respondents from diverse aviation roles and geographies, the study identifies key challenges such as communication gaps, stress, lack of teamwork, unclear promotion paths, and management interference. The findings reveal a considerable disconnect between technical compliance and the implementation of human-centric strategies.Charts and statistical data from the survey further highlight the varied experiences of individuals in relation to workplace
