From Access to Application: Exploring Educators’ Experiences with Technology Integration

In the digital age, using technology has become essential in modern education. This study examines the experiences of educators as they navigate the challenges of technology use, highlighting both their successes and struggles in utilizing technology to enhance learner learning. By exploring educators views in detail, this research highlights key factors that influence successful technology use, such as teacher confidence, teaching goals, and ongoing support. The findings emphasize the importance of a learner-centered approach to technology use, where digital tools help create real learning experiences, encourage active participation, and enhance understanding. However, the research also shows that educators face major challenges, including low confidence, insufficient training, and lack of resources. By examining these experiences, this study offers useful insights into the complexities of technology use and provides practical advice for educators, policymakers, and stakeholders aiming to close the gap between access and effective use. This research enhances our understanding of the essential role technology plays in education and stresses the need for continued support and professional development to ensure educators can fully utilize technology. By exploring educators' experiences, this study seeks to inform the development of effective strategies for technology use, ultimately improving student learning outcomes and the overall quality of education. The results will interest educators, researchers, and policymakers wanting to grasp the complexities of technology use and leverage technology to improve teaching and learning.
