CROSSROADS—Increasing the Impact of Organization Science Research: Lessons from Economics

The field of organization science has many important insights to offer to practice, but often those insights go unnoticed. This article uses examples from a related discipline, economics, to suggest actions that the organization science field could consider in order to increase its impact.
