A Study on Employees Attitude Towards Artificial Intelligence in Accenture Private Limited

Artificial intelligence plays a vital role in the era of technology.Artificial intelligence helps in maintaining consistency and accuracy in executing certain risky task where human resource fails to maintain the same.However, the present study has been undertaken to analyze employee's attitude towards Artificial Intelligence at Accenture Private Limited.The study examines the effect of artificial intelligence on selective human resource management in IT Sectors.The data for the present study has been collected from both primary and secondary sources.Primary data has been collected with the help of structured questionnaire by meeting 50 employees working in Accenture Company, Bengaluru.Telephonic interview and direct interview methods were used for the purpose of data collection.It was found that Artificial Intelligence has created a sort of fear in the minds of employees regarding job security.
