Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Effectiveness Based on Improved Membership Function
The traditional triangular-type membership function and the boundary of each scoring interval are determined according to the vertex of the interval, but the boundary may be expected to have special requirements, which leads to the traditional fuzzy synthesis method is unable to evaluate the effectiveness of the system. Therefore, we propose a new linear membership function based on the traditional triangular membership function. In addition, the indicators are carefully classified, and the subsequent evaluation and treatment methods are designed for each type of indicators. The study shows that the proposed broken line-type membership function solves the problem that the boundary of the scoring interval has special requirements, and applies the practical examples to verify the feasibility of the algorithm.
