Visualization of atrial activation during tachycardia enabled by 2:1 His-ventricular block for slow pathway localization in slow-fast atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia: A case using advanced mapping algorithms

Slow-fast atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT) is frequently treated using catheter ablation, which targets the slow pathway. Although anatomical ablation approaches are effective, precisely localizing the slow pathway remains challenging due to electrogram variability and the complex conduction anatomy. Several electro-anatomical strategies have been proposed to enhance localization. A low-voltage bridge connecting the tricuspid annulus to the coronary sinus ostium has been shown to correspond with successful ablation sites and serves as an anatomical surrogate for the slow pathway.
