High-fidelity transfer of entangled states on a quantum turntable

Summary
The reliable transfer of quantum states lies at the heart of developing quantum technologies. Several platforms have been proposed to achieve this, leveraging the properties offered by cold atom systems. In this direction, we design a quantum turntable to spatially transfer entangled bosonic states. It is implemented via a rotating, tetrahedral circuit. The proposal is guided by the property of superintegrability, offering a rich theoretical framework to build upon. To illustrate the process, NOON states and generalizations are employed. The performance is quantified through fidelity analyses. We identify the occurrence of a phase shift during the operation, with potential applications for quantum sensing. We also discuss the feasibility of engineering the system through ultracold dipolar atoms. Our results showcase the benefits of superintegrability in the design of supersensitive quantum architectures.

Abstract
