Dynamic Analysis of Supply Chain from a Blockchain Perspective

Blockchain technology, a transformative force in the digital realm, has revolutionized business practices by providing a decentralized and distributed ledger for transactions of diverse value. With its multi-agent system ensuring visibility, transparency, and security, the supply chain sector has emerged as a critical and promising application area for blockchain. In the face of a dynamic business landscape, evaluating supply chain efficiency from a blockchain perspective becomes imperative. The key strength of blockchain lies in its provision of real-time data access, significantly impacting two vital aspects within the supply chain: responsiveness to customer needs and inventory efficiency among partners. Recognizing this potential, this research introduces a dynamic model based on the system dynamics methodology. This model captures the intricacies of a typical three-tier supply chain-manufacturer, distributor, and retailer. Comprising the chain system, backlog system, and supply chain efficiency evaluation system, the model aims to leverage blockchain's capabilities for enhanced transparency and performance. By developing a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain through blockchain technology, this research seeks to address the challenges of a dynamic environment. The model serves as a valuable tool for evaluating efficiency, emphasizing the transformative impact of blockchain on supply chain operations.
