The study highlights the role of RSS in enhancing digital communication between libraries and patrons by streamlining information dissemination. The case study analysis demonstrates how the Central Library integrates RSS feeds through its website to notify users about recent events, training workshops, new arrivals, and other academic resources. Additionally, RSS promotes awareness of the library's digital services and improves accessibility to updated information. The findings underscore the growing relevance of RSS in academic settings, particularly in enhancing user engagement and automating information flow.
