INFLUENCE OF PRE-SOWING TREATMENT AND SHELF LIFE OF WINTER RAPESEED SEEDS ON ITS SOWING QUALITIES

The treatment of winter rapeseed seeds with insecticide-fungicide preparations is able to decrease germination energy by 1.6–16.0% depending on the seed shelf life. Seed dressings can cause deterrent effect on the laboratory viability, decreasing it at the different shelf lives by 1.4– 25.9%. In three years of storage, germination energy of treated seeds of winter rapeseed lowered by 65.4% and the laboratory viability – by 51.0%.
