An Evaluation Method of Maintenance Personnel Operation Quality Based on Stacking Learning
The standardization of operation and maintenance personnel is one of the important factors affecting customer perception and maintenance quality. Strengthening the evaluation and control of maintenance operations and maintenance personnel can better guarantee the quality of customer business service and improve customer satisfaction with the brand. This paper uses the Stacking Learning integrated learning algorithm to construct the maintenance operation quality evaluation model of telecom operators' operations and maintenance personnel and scientifically determine the operation quality of maintenance personnel from multiple dimensions. Kfold cross-validation is used to train the Stacking Learning algorithm. The relationship between the feature data of operation and maintenance personnel service process and the quality score of maintenance operations is established by the Stacking Learning model. Intelligently and accurately output the operation quality score of maintenance personnel for each maintenance work by the model. Meanwhile, the evaluation results of operation quality levels are output according to the evaluation hierarchy division strategy. The experimental results show that the output accuracy of the Stacking integrated learning model is higher than that of the single-base learning model, which proves the effectiveness of the proposed method.
