Research on 200kW High-Efficiency Centrifugal Blower Based on Passive Magnetic Levitation Bearing Technology
In the current situation where China vigorously advocates low-carbon economy and emphasizes green economy, how to effectively improve the operating efficiency of blowers and reduce their energy consumption during operation has great practical significance for the efficient use of blowers. Permanent magnetic levitation bearings have many advantages such as low friction, low power consumption, high speed, and no environmental pollution. Using permanent magnetic levitation bearings on centrifugal blowers can effectively improve the efficiency of the blower and reduce its operating energy consumption. This article takes a high-speed centrifugal blower with a power of 200 kW and a speed of 18000rpm as the research object, and uses finite element, Maxwell simulation technology, and rotor dynamics technology to conduct research on a 200kW high-efficiency centrifugal blower based on passive permanent magnet bearing technology. The results indicate that the structural design, rotor dynamics analysis, and service life of the radial and axial permanent magnetic levitation bearings all meet the design requirements.
