As each component is essential, this study highlights the combined effects of related resources like mentoring and networking which implies the effect of financial and physical resources on startup growth. These findings suggest that incubators alongside by providing necessary funding and infrastructure should also give priority to strong mentorship networks and facilitating connections among startups, other entrepreneurs and investors. TBIs can enhance the effectiveness in nurturing sustainable and successful startups by fostering a cooperative atmosphere where material and interpersonal resources cooperate. The study also recommended that focus should be on integrating these components for startup growth. This study focused on the impact of TBI resources on entrepreneurial success in Himachal Pradesh. The analysis of the study will evaluate that financial support and infrastructure had little impacts as compared to mentoring and networking which are the strongest predictor of success. This study with the help of regression analysis will reveal that a combination of financial support, networking and mentoring accounted for more than 70% of the variation in startup success. The findings will also highlight on the importance of relational resources and also suggest that TBI's should also focus on expanding networking and mentorship opportunities to support the expansion of startups.
