Intelligent Early Warning of Safety Risks in Flexible Power Operation Sites Considering Multi Rule Resource Allocation
There are various tasks in power operations, and different tasks require different resources. Reasonably allocating resources based on the type of homework tasks and ensuring sufficient resource support for each homework scenario is a major challenge in the safety control of flexible power operation sites. Therefore, considering multi rule resource allocation, a flexible power operation site safety risk intelligent warning method is proposed. Determine the priority of business multi rule resource allocation, with the objective function of minimizing transmission delay and maximizing multi rule resource utilization, to construct flexible power multi rule resource allocation. Based on this, calculate the membership degree of risk warning indicators using reverse learning. Based on the membership degree of various risk warning indicators, calculate the risk warning threshold of the indicators, and divide the safety risk level of flexible power operation sites according to the comprehensive risk value, in order to achieve intelligent risk warning. The experimental results show that this method is suitable for the risk warning in the power flexible workplace. The calculation results of high-risk membership ranged from 0.05 to 0.15, the risk exposure time fluctuated from 0.24 to 0.30ms, the early warning recall rate was as high as 0.988, and the accuracy rate was as high as 0.975.
