Research on the Collaborative Planning of Regional Offshore Wind Power and Water-Light Complementary Comprehensive Energy System

With the energy transition and the increasing demand for renewable energy, regional offshore wind power and water-solar complementary energy system has become the focus of research. In this paper, the collaborative planning of this system is studied in order to improve the renewable efficient energy use and the stability of the power grid. By analyzing the complementarity of energy sources, a collaborative planning model is established to optimize the system efficiency and economic benefit by using hydro-power and photovoltaic to compensate the wind power fluctuation. The results show that the model can effectively deal with the fluctuation of wind power and provide a new scheme for regional energy utilization.
