Organizational Culture 2.0: Adapting to the Integration of Ml and AI in HR for Enhanced Workforce

Organizational culture, technology adoption, and employee well-being are examined in the research “Cultivating a Future-Ready Organizational Culture” which covers a range of sectors. The influences of AI, ML, and automation are examined. Findings from this study, which relies on a descriptive research methodology and convenience sampling to gather information from HR experts and workers, point to a workforce that is technologically savvy and often rather young. In order to successfully integrate technology into HR operations, key results stress the importance of good communication and employee involvement. The need for individualized training programs is further evidenced by the strong correlation between training effectiveness and employee experience. This will explain the mixed nature of members, particularly in information technology and manufacturing backgrounds, helping to show that there is a rather complicated relationship between company culture and technology that in turn supports all-inclusive methods for problem solving in each sector. Based on the conclusion, the workers should be kept informed and involved in the process of implementing technology in order to promote a sustainable corporate culture and encourage the adoption and successful use of AI and automation in HR.
