Research on Optimisation Strategy of Detection Scheme Based on Monte Carlo Model and Spatial Analysis

This paper focuses on the optimisation strategy of the detection scheme and proposes three models and methods. A sampling inspection model is constructed based on hypothesis testing and Monte Carlo simulation, and the inspection rules are determined according to the sample size (considering the binomial distribution for small samples and the normal distribution for large samples), and the key parameters under different confidence levels are calculated. A decision optimisation model based on benefit analysis and process variables is established, and variables are introduced to analyse the cost and profit of each link in the production of finished products, and the objective function for calculating the profit of the target product is obtained. A decision-making model based on spatial analysis and cost recursion is also constructed. The assembly process is set as a breakpoint to divide the space, and by analysing the relationship between the space capacity and related variables, the cost calculation steps in different situations are determined to obtain the optimal decision.
