Recommendation Engine for Secure Selection of Data on the basis of Web Usage Mining

When a user wants to track and analyze the user pattern then concept of web mining came into picture. It is nothing but data mining application data for users to utilize automated tools to find the information resources and to analyze their usage patterns. Web mining consists of web usage mining. The objective of web usage mining is to keep track and understand the browsing behavior of web users with log of web browsing. Web design can be improved by information obtained from web usage mining and it introduces the personalization service and facilitates more effective browsing. This paper presents literate review containing latest works done in this area. A particular group of users is looked into to collect the information. For example, employees of an organization may need similar type of information. Therefore, to personalize the content of world wide web a strong mechanism according to the group of users. We proposed a recommendation engine for selection of data by removing the duplicate data queries.
