Smart Technology in Focus: Legal Frameworks for IoT and AI Integration
The incorporation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with the Internet of Things (IoT) has resulted in significant advancement across multiple areas, including healthcare, agriculture, and smart cities. However, these emerging technologies pose serious legal and ethical issues related to data privacy, security, responsibility, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). Our article explores the intersection of AI and IoT technologies, focusing on major difficulties and assessing current regulatory frameworks. The study highlights flaws in existing legal frameworks and purpose policies to measure the appropriate and ethical implementation of AI and IoT technology. The findings will assist policymakers in formulating rules that harmonize innovation with legal and ethical considerations by promoting specialized law, comprehensive cybersecurity protocols, clear accountability frameworks, and sustainability-oriented standards.
