Research on Predictive Maintenance Strategy of Radar Receiver Based on Health Status
The formulation of maintenance strategies is an important guarantee for radar to complete various combat tasks, and it is also one of the main contents of PHM research. The maintenance target of radar is mainly at the component level. The predictive maintenance strategy of radar components is to predict the future state trend through historical state information and select reasonable timing for preventive maintenance work, thereby greatly saving maintenance resources while ensuring the overall reliability of the radar. This article takes a radar receiver as an example, and based on the constructed component level health status assessment model, uses historical health index results to establish a health status trend prediction model, in order to formulate the optimal predictive maintenance strategy.
