Analytical Overview of Link Conflicts in Fully Connected Directional Networks
In this paper, we address the issue of potential and unavoidable link conflicts in directional ad hoc networks. We begin by analyzing the mechanism of link conflicts from the perspective of the spatial distribution of links, and extract the characteristics of link conflicts when they occur. We further perform a simulation analysis of the link conflict probability in a fully connected network scenario. The results show that in a fully connected network with randomly distributed nodes, the probability of conflict between any two links is independent of the number of nodes, and decreases gradually with an increase in the number of antenna beams per node.
