Design and Neutrality Analysis of a Rapid Connection Mechanism for Reconfigurable Unmanned Platform Modules
This paper introduces a rapid connection mechanism for reconfigurable unmanned platform modules. The kinematic model of the system is established using the Roberson-Wittenberg (R-W) method. The same driving constraints are applied to both the theoretical model and the model in ADAMS software, and the simulation results of the two are compared to prove the accuracy of the theoretical model. Finally, an analysis of the neutrality of the rapid connection mechanism is conducted. The conditions necessary for successful connection within the specified initial pose deviation range are determined, providing a theoretical basis for the design of related component dimensions.
