Failure Analysis of Smart Energy Meters With High Voltage Pulse Interference
With the development of smart grid, smart energy meters play an increasingly important role in power monitoring and management, but the electromagnetic environment is increasingly complex, and smart energy meters are more susceptible to electromagnetic interference in practical applications. This study experimentally verifies the impact of high-voltage pulse interference on the performance of smart energy meters. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a series of improvement measures, including increasing the metal shielding layer, optimizing the PCB layout, etc., so as to reduce the generation of induced currents and achieve the purpose of significantly improving the anti-interference capability of smart energy meters. This study provides an important reference for the design and application of smart power meters, aiming to improve their reliability and stability in complex power environments, promote the development of smart meter technology, and ensure the safe operation of the smart grid.
