Two-Stage Optimization Model of Wind-Photo Voltaic-Hydropower Joint Transmission for New Energy Base
The construction of new energy bases is an important initiative to realize the dual-carbon goal in China. Northwest region along the river is rich in hydropower resources, hydropower has good regulation characteristics, can participate in regulating new energy base power transmission. In this paper, first of all wind power, photovoltaic power generation fluctuation characteristics, build new energy power generation prediction error limit model, considering the day before the hydropower unit reserved regulation capacity, intraday day wind power, photovoltaic, hydropower rolling optimization scheduling, the formation of day before the scheduling plan and intraday scheduling program. Finally, calculate the regulation capacity of hydropower units for new energy base to complete the contract value of outgoing. The study has a reference role in the participation of hydropower units in regulating the new energy base power transmission scheduling program.
