A Hybrid Electric Vehicle Coordination Control Strategy Based on Arithmetic Optimization Algorithm (AOA)
Hybrid electric truck have attracted attention due to their low fuel consumption and high maneuverability. To further improve its performance, energy management strategies are widely used to optimize power source operating points and ranges. However, most of the existing strategies focus on steady-state conditions, ignoring the risk of control error and power overload caused by dynamic characteristics. To solve the problem of DC bus voltage stability of hybrid electric vehicles, this paper presents an online engine-generator coordinated control strategy based on arithmetic optimization algorithm (AOA). Based on the energy management strategy, the strategy optimizes the control quantity of engine speed and generator torque in real time through AOA to minimize voltage fluctuation and engine speed fluctuation, so as to improve the control quality of the system dynamic process and ensure the stability of the vehicle during driving. The simulation results show that the coordinated control strategy based on AOA can effectively stabilize the bus voltage, which provides a new idea for the coordinated control of hybrid electric vehicles.
