Research and Application of Secondary Circuit Model Verification Technology for Substations Based on Terminal Block Image Recognition
The accuracy of the secondary circuit model information in substations is a prerequisite for the safe and reliable operation and maintenance of substations. To verify the correctness of the secondary circuit model file of the substation. A method for verifying the secondary circuit model of a substation based on terminal block image recognition has been proposed. Based on the model specification for state grid transmission and transformation engineering. Extract terminal block wiring information from the secondary circuit model file. Collecting on-site circuit images using mobile terminal devices. YOLO algorithm, affine transform algorithm, OCR text recognition algorithm and language model algorithm are used to extract circuit information from images. Model verification technology adapted to the wiring characteristics of terminal blocks. By comparing and verifying the physical identification data and model data of substation site, it is verified that the method can effectively detect the abnormal situation of terminal connection error, missing terminal and redundant terminal in the model. It has the characteristics of flexible operation methods and strong practicality.
