Research on the Construction of Reusable Business Capabilities Based on Ant Colony Algorithm and Business Process Collaborative Network Analysis

This study optimizes business process collaborative network analysis based on the ant colony algorithm, aiming to construct reusable business capabilities. By thoroughly identifying key business segments within enterprises, a business process collaborative network model was developed to reveal the relationships and collaborative patterns among various segments. On this foundation, the ant colony algorithm was applied to optimize business processes to enhance resource utilization, shorten process time, and improve customer satisfaction. The research established a multi-objective optimization function, defined a pheromone update mechanism, and designed an ant search strategy, ultimately achieving effective improvements in business processes. Experimental results demonstrated significant enhancements in key performance indicators (KPIs) post-optimization. The best path length decreased from an initial 120 hours to 85 hours, resource utilization increased to 85%, and customer satisfaction ratings improved from 3.5 to 4.5. This study provides new insights and practical guidance for process optimization in complex business environments, showcasing the effectiveness and feasibility of the ant colony algorithm in real-world applications.
