Climate parameters monitoring in the context of natural disasters forecasting
The article examines the problem of forecasting natural disasters, analyzes scientific publications, based on which the most important parameters are determined, based on the analysis of which it is possible to predict the occurrence of a natural disaster. The influence of various climatic events on the quality of human life and the economic situation of the regions is analyzed. The most dangerous natural disasters are singled out and the damage caused by them is analyzed. The expediency of developing forecasting systems in the context of improving human life, as well as achieving the goals of sustainable development, is substantiated. A mathematical model is proposed to determine those parameters whose influence is critically important in the context of forecasting various climate events. The concept of a system for monitoring and analyzing climate parameters for forecasting natural disasters is proposed.
