Research on the Application of Artificial Intelligence in the Analysis of Technical Specifications and Standard Guidelines for Distribution Planning

The combination of artificial intelligence technology, especially large models, natural language processing, and knowledge graphs, provides new ideas for the intelligent parsing of distribution network planning technical standards and guidelines. Through new technologies, complex industry semantics can be transformed into operable intelligent rules, and the parsing results can be stored and managed in a visual and searchable manner, establishing an industry shared knowledge base that can greatly enhance intelligent parsing capabilities. Therefore, this article provides a detailed introduction to the key steps of industry semantic big models for standard guideline parsing, including entity recognition, rule extraction, data structuring, and data validation. In the technical implementation of the standard guideline parsing function, data annotation runs through almost the above four stages; Therefore, this article elaborates on the data annotation of text, tables, and graphics; And provided analytical examples and evaluation results of key steps. The analysis model of AI based distribution network planning technology has broad development prospects, and AI analysis models will become an important tool for smart grid planning and management.
