Analysis of Fintech Payment Business Model (Case Study of PT Finnet Indonesia)

Financial Technology (Fintech) encompasses various digital services, including loans, payments, investments, and insurance. This research focuses on the business model of the payment gateway at PT Finnet Indonesia (Finpay), which plays an important role in Indonesia's digital payment ecosystem. Although Fintech payment gateways offer fast and low-cost solutions, challenges remain in optimizing business partnerships and value innovation to enhance competitiveness. This study aims to identify key elements of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and the Value Design Model (VDM) in supporting the sustainability of Finpay's business. The method used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling, selected based on specific criteria. The results show that the core strengths of Finpay's business model lie in Key Partnerships and Value Drivers, which significantly contribute to innovation and sustainability. The implications of these findings can help other Fintech companies strengthen collaboration and innovation in responding to the evolving dynamics of the digital financial industry.
