Massive diaphragmectomy combined with pericardiectomy for ovarian cancer: a case report
Ovarian cancer metastasis to the central tendon of the diaphragm can involve the pericardium, requiring complex and high-risk surgery. Such cases necessitate a multidisciplinary approach led by a team of experienced gynecologic oncologists.
