Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keunikan komunitas dance cover The Nation Project dalam melakukan proses komunikasi interpersonal dalam interaksi sosial. Pada penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui proses dukungan, kerja sama, keterbukaan dan komunikasi interpersonal komunitas The Nation Project dengan anggota komunitas The Nation Project. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori Fundamental Interpersonal Relationship (FIRO). Teknik pengumpulan data ini dengan teknik observasi, wawancara menggunakan pengumpulan data, dan dokumentasi untuk mendukung penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini Komunitas The Nation Project memberi dukungan kepada anggota komunitas agar hubungan dan komunikasi didalam komunitas tetap harmonis dan terjaga, Komunitas membangun kerja sama dengan anggota komunitas agar mereka bisa bertanggung jawab dan ikut serta dalam seluruh kegiatan komunitas, Komunitas membuka keterbukaan dua arah ini sangat penting untuk menciptakan inklusi yang bersifat menyeluruh, Komunitas menggunakan komunikasi dua arah agar informasi yang disampaikan tidak adanya missinformasi.
