Analisis Kinerja Manajemen Rantai Pasok dengan Menggunakan Metode Supply Chain Operation Reference

Abstract. The electricity industry plays a strategic role in supporting national energy needs. Efficiency and effectiveness in supply chain management are critical factors in maintaining the competitiveness of companies, especially in the electrical reinforcement materials sector. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the supply chain performance of CV. Arau Mandiri Group in Jambi Province using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) framework. The research employs a quantitative approach through interviews, surveys, and document analysis. Evaluation is conducted based on the five SCOR dimensions: Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Return. The results indicate that the Deliver and Plan dimensions significantly contribute to the company’s operational efficiency, while major challenges arise in the Return dimension, particularly in product returns. Strategic recommendations such as digital technology integration and inventory management optimization are proposed to improve the company’s supply chain performance. These findings are expected to serve as a practical reference for similar companies and an academic source for further research on SCOR implementation in the energy sector. Abstrak. CV Arau Mandiri Group sebagai pemasok material pembesian kelistrikan menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam pengelolaan rantai pasok, khususnya pada aspek distribusi material ke proyek listrik desa (LISDES) di Provinsi Jambi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja rantai pasok dengan menggunakan metode Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) yang mencakup lima dimensi utama: Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, dan Return. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode studi kasus melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil pengukuran kinerja menunjukkan nilai POF sebesar 95,6%, OFCT selama 13 hari, COGS sebesar 58,1%, dan CTCCT selama 49 hari. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa tantangan terbesar terletak pada kecepatan pengiriman dan pengelolaan aset. Rekomendasi meliputi integrasi teknologi digital dan optimalisasi manajemen persediaan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi distribusi.
