Extended Abstract: Using Point-Predict Observations to Improve Mechanical Engineering Students' Research Article Introductions

Observational learning has been found to have substantial advantages over traditional write-receive feedback-revise writing pedagogies. However, most of the evidence for observational learning pedagogy has been obtained in K-12 settings. In this study, we examine the impact of observational learning in a cohort of approximately 60 Mechanical Engineering graduate students writing research article introductions.
